Devante Smith

The ultimate producer. With a history of being a total movie nut, Devante was determined to explore a study in Film quickly after picking up his first camera. Before graduating with a major in Film and a minor in graphic design, he knew he was in the right field after being hired on the popular Syfy tv-series Z-Nation. As time went on, personal and professional projects started to catch momentum. From providing videography services for weddings, music videos, short films, etc. to production assistance on movies, commercials, and shows — he became fluent in his craft. Devante’s calm and kind demeanor was a perfect balance to Zoe’s outgoing business approach. Going into business with each other and combining their services just made sense. As one of the co-founders and co-owners of Duo Design + Media, Devante takes pride in business-professional standards and taking on projects that positively impact the local community.

Zoe Crago

The graphic design + illustration guru. Coming from a family of artists, it only made sense for this bubbly and energetic personality to finish school with a major in Visual Communication Design. With her keen eye for digital art, color, texture, typography, and all-around visual aesthetic, she set off on her freelance journey in 2018. Creating anything from brand identities to cover art — she claimed her space in the design community. After many years of fluctuating between waiting tables and design clients, it was time to make it official. She teamed up with someone who was equally ambitious and committed to their craft; enter Devante. As one of the co-founders and co-owners of Duo Design + Media, she takes pride in inclusivity, trust, and a comfortable atmosphere for all those who are interested in expanding their visual presence.
